This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the sites optiwize.cloud and beta.optiwize.cloud (the "Site") operated by evoseed S.r.l., pursuant to Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) and the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021 (Decision no. 231/2021).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited sites send to the user's terminal, where they are stored to be sent back to the same sites on subsequent visits. Similar technologies (e.g. local storage, session storage, pixels) can perform analogous functions and are subject to the same rules.
2. Cookies and storage used on this Site
During ordinary browsing the Site does not set any cookie. It only uses the browser's local storage, and solely for technical purposes. These do not require the user's prior consent, under Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code.

Restricted areas (for example content administration) may use technical session cookies, present only after authentication and not used in public browsing of the Site.
3. Cookies NOT used
The Site does not use:
- first- or third-party profiling cookies;
- third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, etc.);
- advertising pixels (Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, TikTok, X/Twitter, etc.);
- social plugin cookies (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.);
- retargeting or display-advertising cookies.
Accordingly, the Site does not require prior consent for the installation of cookies. A purely informational banner referring to this Cookie Policy is nonetheless displayed.
4. Cookieless traffic statistics (Umami)
For traffic statistics the Site uses Umami, an analytics platform self-hosted on the controller's servers and configured in cookieless mode. Umami sets no cookies on the user's device, uses no persistent identifiers, does not track users across sites and does not store IP addresses.
The data collected is processed in aggregate form and cannot be traced back to an identified user (including: page views, referrer, device type, language, screen resolution) and is used solely to understand how the Site is used. As no profiling takes place and no information is stored on the user's device, no consent is required under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's cookie guidelines.
5. Fonts (self-hosted)
The fonts used by the Site are served directly from the controller's servers (self-hosted via the Next.js next/font mechanism) and do not result in connections to Google Fonts or other third-party CDNs.
6. How the user can manage cookies
The user may delete or block cookies via the browser settings. Note that disabling technical cookies may impair the correct operation of the Site.

7. Updates
Should the Site introduce profiling or third-party analytics cookies subject to consent in the future, a banner compliant with the Italian Authority Guidelines will be activated beforehand and this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.
