How we work

Small team, big leverage — every engineer here ships features used by thousands of operators.
Remote-first, Trieste-based — we have an office in Trieste, but we work distributed across Italy and EU.
Hard problems welcome — networking, distributed systems, multi-tenancy, real-world ops.
Long-term — we're self-funded, no VC clock ticking, no churn-and-burn.

We don't have public job postings right now. If you think you'd be a great fit — backend (Python/Go/Rust), frontend (React/Next.js), networking (MikroTik, Linux, BGP), DevOps (Kubernetes, Postgres, Docker) — write us. We hire opportunistically.
